(HELP) Please creating a server and webpage

Hello guy for long time i had teh dream of making a mu server everytime i try on my own i fail, please some one help me make server im tired of seen servers that are not keep alive because admin dont put enough time or dedication and usually those server last a month or so, and is frustrating when they close out no were and u waisted all that time. please some one help me make a server i would apreciated i have no clue how to start or wat to do u can help me thru teamviewer+skype let me know if someone is up to the task thanks you

Lol other owners of mu servers actually made there server.Im sorry but for a person asking for someone to make there server for them wont last... you wont have no knowledge about the server but since your trying so hard...
