Be sure you opened your ports 44405 TCP / 55901 UDP if you are doing it for online.
if offline be sure you edited your main.exe correctly.

GMO i have all the ports open and etc.... i setup the files exactly the same like i did for all people in my opinion his ip is to long i tried no-ip still same result the main.exe is packed so it can only hold 10 IP characters.He uses Ethernet cable for his internet.I tried to get him to use wireless but i don't think he knows what it is.

To me its either 1.His IP 2.His Router 3.His Connection 4.His PC

I can't help him 24/7 cause im coding new game so maybe you can help him!

Like i said to him , it might be a port problem , run your server and go to www.canyouseeme.org write the ports and see if they are working .
