[Help]Problem connecting with 1.02D Offline

Hello,I made a 1.02D server offline on a computer that doesnt have a net connection.The server works fine,the site says its online,the server doesnt have any errors.When i launch the client it automatically says disconnected from server.

All my ip's are 127.0.0.1 and i have firewall off and the correct ports open.

Anyone have a clue on how to get it to connect?

or does anyone know what versions will run offline with using all ip's 127.0.0.1 ?

check your CS config ip....CS ip must be 192.xxx.x.x ,go start, Run type cmd ,and type ip config it will show yours ip address
