[Help]PROBLEM With easyphp IP Setup.

I use the easyphp 1.8 web server
i setup the page but i dont know where i must write the ip adress at easyphp files.
i want to use no-ip adress for ip , but when i put it at httpd of easyphp
with right port( i test it with port scanner and port is open)
easyphp say unexpected end of Apache.

when apache start the httpd is:
#Listen 3000
#Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen 127.0.0.1

With this ips apache run OK!!!

but when i put this:
#Listen 3000
#Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen genjurosmu.no-ip.biz:1433

or this
#Listen 3000
#Listen genjurosmu.no-ip.biz:1433
Listen genjurosmu.no-ip.biz:1433

easyphp say unexpected end of Apache
and server apache stop run.
PLS SOMEONE HELP ME
