Help! Quest item Season 8

I cannot find Ring of Honor and Dark Stone on item list can someone help me to find it. :(

23 "Scroll of the Emperor"
24 "Broken Sword"

If you set Level to be +1 you will achieve Ring of Honor from 14 - 23 & Dark Stone from 14 - 24

You don't have to edit anything.

drop using command / add in shop, or make using editor.

14 23 // Scroll Of The Emperor
14 23 1 // Ring of Honor
