[Help] Register error | Server error !

When i register on the site it only register the username not password and it allways shows the server status offline even if its online !

make sure all ur IP's in ur website's config are correct, make sure ur not on router, or if you are, that u have configured it correctly, check all SQL connections Etc,

I did ! It worked before just fine after PC restart it dont work :S
