[HELP]Registration code error

Hi,i'm creating my own web page for mu server,but i'm using 99.6xt files with 4db(made by lucianoaibar...) when i enter reg page all is fine,on reg idreg.php works fine(when: e-mail repeating,code wrong,etc...),but when all is ok(username,etc...) it says that acc is regged,acc info,but shows this code:

And account doesn't make,first time when i use this reg,it works fine,on 2nd time this error(tested with backup...)

I'm pasting my idreg.php file,without register.php,because i know that register.php works fine ^^

try to get newer mssql.dll... i had this problem and works to me..

mssql.dll?I never worked with that .dll file,edited or sth,can you say where can i download it,and where to put that file? :|
But i think,that problem is in code,not in mssql.dll...

I Found an answer....if someone interested how to do that: pm,or e-mail: admin@php-design.net ,or search for post by "lartex" ^^
