[Help] Removing 380 req on s4

So OK. I edit the file and remove the level req BUT I get corrupted file when I start the game. Is it possible to edit them (remove all lvl 380 req on all items) and get NO error while starting the game. ( I cannot upload my item.bmd because I get uploading failed even if its .rar file but it doesn't matter - any basic s4 item.bmd will do it). Something more - if it is possible to remove the level req on summoner's aura aswell. Thanks.
