[HELP] Serious help here

Hello everyone
I have successfully set up my 1.2Q server by ForeverDark and i can play .
But no one else can play because of a reason .
There is something wrong with my computer .
I tried using alot of webservers
-Appserv
-EasyPHP 2.0
-EasyPHP 1-8
-xampp

I keep getting the same error .
The error is when i go to my [url=http://localhost]cPanel

Yes your Problem is very easy...Open EasyPhp>Configure>PHP>find php_gd2.dll set it to have mark then find php_myssqll.dll and set it to have mark ...Save And Close...Restart Easyphp1.8 and all done...
Open Easyphp1.8 Configure>Find Listen ip:80 save and close ....
If its still not working sorry brother your windows is bugged you can fix it but its recomm. to reinstall it with Service Pack 2

For disconnecting:
Antivirus Program or Firewall is blocking players...

try thise then:Delete All Programs for MuWeb...Ect..Easyphp ...Apache ..Xampp or everything that you have ...delete all...Stop Skype if you have it...Install again Easyphp1.8 in C:\Easyphp1-8\ after install its show you " view readme.txt" make off market and Finished ...It will get you Update..Enter Yes and make again settings
