[Help] Server Files Language Problem x_x

Ok, Well My Server files are All in a Different language and i cant edit most of them...like in the server files for BOK drops.txt thing i cant edit Its all in Japanese/Chinese or w.e

Im Using 1.02Q


I Want to know how to Edit them to drop What I want them to drop but i cant atm bcuz of the language.
