Help! Server not showing up

doing Mu season 5 and the sql, databases and changes all went smoothly.

only have 2 problems , the clients serial number resets itsself? after i change the serial number and save it , it automaticaly resets its self back to MuAntifema

and the MuMaker isnt working at all, tried to turn md5 off and that didnt do anything.

if someone can quickly teamviewer me and fix this it would be amazing

ok i fixed the first problem and not too worried about the second problem atm.

Still need someone who knows what theyre doing to come check to see if I did everything right because the server is still not showing up when I open the client
