Help ServerStartUp SetUp

Everytime I start the SSU zConnectServer is the only running and also, why is there no parameters in JoinServer/ExDB
Pls help me how to fix this

Add parameters manually at configuration/bor_StartUp.xml using notepad

if it doesn't let you edit, right click & un-check "read only"
