hi all well my problem is that is payable are

when my bk Launches Skill gives me this error ...

BK is the only one with this problem Pj others working at 100% and for the bk launches the power I have to upload it to a higher level eg to 200 and buy the skill

I buy the skill but not the bone marrow bar still remain at level 1 if I follow with new mind powers as well as this picture

all I have to go back up to a high purchase power and return to good putting and I think that no user would like to do this! I imagine it would be boring to do good ps my version is 1.02n Season2 hope that nurse was specifically on this subject ps hopefully help me in this! please good greetings to all!
