[Help] Soul and JoL

I have soul and jewel problem on 97d+99i.
Items+luck=100% soul,0% JoL
Items=0% soul,0% JoL
But in GS Editor its all set on 100%!
Can somebody help me?

try to test them, put 0 if it fails means it needs to be 100 if in 100 it fails means it needs to be 0... try it
