[Help] SQL 2005 -Account

hello

started making a server but have new computer now so things have changed since last time.
the computer came with SQL 2005 installed so i was wondering what account do i use? and how do i know its password and stuff.

and also is there a way to convert SQL 2000 DBs into SQL 2005 ones?

uhm the user and pass should be the ones that windows is using .... if u have any .... if you don't then its a blank password ... i guess

hmm tried this but still doesnt work get a odbc set fail or something when i run dataserver.
this is what i do,
run SQL server on local system account
run SQL server browser on system account
open management studio express logon to server with windows authentication.
then i make databases etc run odbc.reg

but still get odbc set fail.

anybody know whats wrong?

and if its meant to be SQL server authentication then how do i make an account?
or how do i make a new server?
