[Help] start up my server

another prob now, I can't start my client... my version is 1.2Q and i did all they asked to do in the guide. change IP and all... just not the port but i dont think it would do that prob. here is a picture:

How Can I fix it

And about local IP... is it something like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.101? Cuz i dont know what local IP to Set.

i told you better make Links and strat up server from links because ST launcher sucks ....

actually no... ST launcher is perfect for new players... but ofcourse a link folder is an option :P got it myself but i just use ST launcher for the simple startup
