[Help] STRANGE Problem With GameServer!

OK Hello guys

I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit's Operative System.

I have fixed all that SQL Stuff etc, odbc can connect etc..

But one problem,

The problem is in the GameServer.

When i try to open it it gives a error:

(GameServer.exe Has Stopped To Work) = In English

Anyone know the solution for this problem?

By the way, i tried to run it as Administrator, Compactibility modus for WinXP, Millenium, Ive tested all on the list.
