[Help]Three Answers needed. SQL, Shop prices and Items with 380

I have three questions(later will be more :biggrin2:) My version: Czf 1.00.8 with SQL 2000
So:

1. I need to make those items which require level 380 to be able to use from level 100. I have edited item(kor).txt and item.txt in server, but something wrong with client's Item.bmd file. Extreme mu edit opens it, but I don't find any item which would require 380 level there. Other BMD editors don't open this file.

2. I have an idea to put quest(for changing dk>bk) items to shop, but with very big prices. How to change those prices?

3. My server in SQL has every time user opens vault creates a new line in dbo.ExtWareHouse (just here items are saved) it wouldn't be bad if I wouldn't have a very big database and do not working web-shop(it don't know where to put item) I need somehow to clean this table. I could sort those rows by EndUseDate and leave just last one near every account. But I don't know how to script this...
