Well I haven't heard of virtual free computers in the US but there is dedicated. Dedicated servers are where you have a computer that a company has and you would connect to it threw Remote Desktop Connection and upload your server to it. You are allowed to do whatever you want with the computer just as long as you do not damage any of the network its on or abuse it. We are using server4you.com prices range from $90 - $500 and those are diff computers they have we have a $100 one and it works fine. I don't know about Europe try googling Europe Dedicated computers and see what you find and do not go with a new company go with one thats been around for awhile so you know that you will get good service.
