[Help] Web 0.8 /Install Problem

I get Mu Web 0.8 uploaded to my dedicated server, running WAMP and all the modules needed are activated, I had to manually remove the php.ini errors that kept showing up because they were inaccurate.

Anyway this is what the install.php screen looks like.

i dont understand your question and btw your website will not work if you have deleted php.ini unless you are using easyphp but i doubt it

Deleting PHP.INI won't fix the problem.. that will just remove my php configuration, are you sure you know what your talking about, lol.

NVM: I misread what you were saying. PHP.INI is in tact and it is just edited so it should work, I have the dll files enabled in php.ini that should make this website work.
