[Help] Which files contain Kalima Water Effect. and Tarkan Dust?

I need to know which files contain the kalima water effect (the waves)
and tarkan dust (the is a dust effect all over the map)

I want to remove them from my client but have no idea which files i need to edit.
PS. already used the anti lag patch, it didnt removed them.
