[Help] Why my mu Web 8.0 can't post a new download link ?

Hi all, my mu web 8.0 works all time so good,no have the new classes in the ranking=/, but one day ago when I needed to put a new link of download in the web site I've got one error, and because of this I can't post the new link. The mu web 8.0 show a message like this : Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_novo_link() in C:\AppServ\www\administrator\downloads.php on line 1, please help me to solve this.
