Whatever you are going to do the green will stay as it is , the .PSD doesnt has any green edges , whether you change the design to something else , or replace the green background with something else.
The thing is you cant have .bmp transparent to replace that , but anyways thats a clear .BMP without green edges etc .

u can replace with your current bmp in your launcher data and it will look better , i will talk to you later on skype.

This is because you have editted the Logo and it is not saved in correct Format, Can you pass the PSD, maybe we can edit for you.
