help with PKmode

ENCserver got an error. BK (blade knight) and BM (blade master) can't pk during the war or pk time but other characters works fine. anyone know how to fix this problem??

maybe the BM doesnt member of a guild that making a war so that they cant PK Them -.-!

no its not, at that time we're having a battle soccer inside arena and as we all know that any characters that are not member of the guild cannot enter the soccer field. even without a war or just a simple PK to other players without any declaration of wars but still the problem exits only in BM,or BK.

still the same. cannot PK using BK or BM but if i use other character it works fine.
