how i can remove item from the shop bar ? and how i can add item at the shop bar ? thanks

Open your Shop1.txt on your Data folder.
If you you want to remove an item delete it or put "//" before the item
like this:

//13 18 1 255 0 0 0 //Invisiblity Cloak+1
13 18 2 255 0 0 0 //Invisiblity Cloak+2

Only Cloak +2 will be visible in the shop Cloak +1 will be eliminated.
