Should be in ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd, in ItemToolTip_eng.bmd you are configuring what text it will shows, but all this strings are located in side ItemTooltipText_eng.bmd.

Then it should be located in Text.bmd/Text_eng.bmd, but it can be also placed in some server file - message.wtf for example.

maybe its in main.exe (search it with some hex editor) or in some exteam.dll
