Help with Titan Tech 11.11.82 VIP System

Hi, im having problems with TitanTech Files, all working ok but now when i try to put vip on accounts, some accounts are bugged example:

Normal VIP Account message when you enter the game:


Bugged account message when you enter the game:


In bugged account, VIP commands dont work..., example: /vipstate

Please i need help!!!
I already tried to do it manually, with TT Vip Editor and nothings!!
