Do you have correctly configured to connect to the database? => Check
Try using Titan Updater => helped / did not help
Try using a different database => helped / did not help
Delete as applicable
i change the DB 3 or 4 times and i get the same error :s , im not expert with sql 2008 r2.
Mainly for MuOnline servers using MSSQL 2005, and I have no problems with him.
On your picture it is clear that Titan Link server was unable to connect to the database.
I'm sure you correctly adjust Config.ini?
Have you tried to use another DB?
Yeah, i change the DB 3 times.. i have the error when i open the GSCS.
odbc problem
Can you give to em other odbc for 64bits please?
Maybe u need to change TitanLinkServer mate try it.. also scfdexdb maybe that too.
When improperly installed ODBC Link Titan Server will not start.
It ain't ODBC Problem he already started TitanLinkserver on here:
http://i.imgur.com/b284xxd.jpg and u can see JS/DS etc are connected .
But if it were set incorrectly ODBC it would not start anything.
If set in the config.ini bad connection to the DB so it could cause this error.
This is how config.ini
May it be bad DNS settings in the file.[DataServer1]

For all be entered to access the database and possibly DNS.
I checked whether the DB tables to which it can connect and possibly even would help if there was Config.ini to see if there is a problem there.

I do not know how to look your ODBC.reg
Easy adjustment 32bit to 64bit
Open your .reg file in Notepad or right click and select Edit
Just change the path to the ODBC
32bit
64bit[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI]
You have to change all the paths in the reg.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ODBC\ODBC.INI]
