Oh wait i am sorry lol i thought you had XP.

Emm in windows 2003 ... i remember only installing Visual redistrutables 2005/ 2008 and .net framework 3.5 and everything went fine.

I recommend SP1 for server stability... but i am not sure how i can help you here with other solution, i mean if you update to sp2 or sp3 i am sure it will fix, but i just dont want you to have problems later with server stability, depends on what files you use, what files you use? if higher than season 6 then i think its fine to give it a try.

in XP there shouldnt be any problems normally..
so get win 2003 if u want it fixed or higher.
