How can I add /add command in season 1 ( Gamersever 0.99.60.0)

I have server season 1 (99.60 GS)
and I want to add /add command
I want that the command will help the characters add points on the stats, like :
/addstr 500
/addagi 500
/addvit 500
/addene 500
/add com 500 ( for Dark Lord)

u must hook some .dlls on ur gameserver or something .. otherwise use othrer gameserver same version of ur files
or if u have already the command enable it ?
