I finally make it work. but the problem is how can people play my server?
I'm not pro. I just want a little help here. please.. help

Depends if you run your server Local or Offical, you must rent a server or use your own
IP to let the people have access on it.

Local IP 127.0.0.1 / IPv4 IP the people can't connect, only you.

If you use local, only you have the access. If you use Global others can have access to your modem
but you need a huge stable connection to use it.

Better you rent a server and use this IP.
