As I understand it, i must change the file item.txt and item.bmd. The column LVL, (after the name of the object) to indicate LVL monster of monstersetbase.txt. Or I have something fundamentally wrong?

Как я понял, необходимо менять файл item.txt и item.bmd. В столбике LVL, (после названия предмета) указать ЛВЛ монстра, из monstersetbase.txt. Или я что то кардинально не так делаю?

It's simple, for example, if you want Dark Phoenix Armor to drop in Tarkan, not Arena,Stadium, you open Item(kor).txt (if you run on Korean) , open Monster.txt and see what Level monsters from Tarkan have, and if you want to drop the item from Tantalos, Level 80 let say, you put Level 80 at Dark Phoenix Armor in Item(kor).txt, save the file, and reopen GS (yes, you need to close GS and reopen for those changes to take effect).

The Level from Item.bmd is actualy the required level to be able to wear the item...for example, if the item has level 80 and you have 79, you can't wear it.

you are right about monster <-> item drop level but it wont be dropped just by that monster level, it will be dropped from monster level 80 and above, also item level and item required level are completely different values so the required level doesnt have anything to do in this case

Fra jly speaking you cannot change drop individually from all mobs, you can only add item custom drop per map

Like some files only enables you to do that.
