thats a client configuration i think and gameserver.exe coding if u know..
download ollydbg open gameserver or cashshopserver.exe with ollydbg and if u find those texts then change them, if its nothing there then search the client main.exe dont know aswell . but give a try or find thai cashshopserver ;)
