you may try searching on google and you might end up on some on-going programmers that sell good files such as titanstech or encteam.

If SCFMT alias TitanTech ask for their files 1000 $ and an monthly payment of 50 or 80 $, and their files are not original, ask yourself how much money webzen wants for their files.......maybe not 500.000$ but the amount of money is consistent and not worth giving such sum for original files, because actually are a lot of programmers that can make an emulator better than original files for a lot less money.The only problem here is the license that webzen have over the game.
PS: I am not yet crazy, according to the last psychological exam.:))
So my response: go to buy ENC files at 330$ cause is better.
Not original(webzen) but they are good developers and for a normal server is more then best.
