How to add buffers like elf in lorencia and some maps?

now i just wanna know how to add Buffers like the elf in lorencia,noria and some maps :) ?

You can add it to monsteretbase.txt, you just need the ID of the NPC, which can be found at monster.txt

i think you mean the bot_buffers from season 6?
if yes you can find it at SCFData/SCFBots.
