how to add new item client and server side

I am having the same problem.. Trying to add new wings,
Heres what i edited:

Items(new).txt - line 231 "Nightmare Wings"
Items_eng.bmd - line 231 "Nightmare Wings"

C:\MuServer\Cliente\Data\Item - SCF_WINGS232.bmd
C:\MuServer\Cliente\Data\Item - Nightmareback.ozj


In game i type /item 12 231 and im getting no visual. Can anyone help us...

The main supports new items since theres 100+ Custom items in this one

Could be, Even when i create the new item, it drops an item with another name which has no visual, must be client issue
