How to anglicize client?

I have a client (and a server as well) in some other language than English and I would like to "translate it" or change the language into English within the client. Is that possible?

Simply by just changing text.bmd in data\local folder in client-side to a english one , for server there is only message_XXX.wtf in data folder.

just use other text.bmd from other 99b clients
or edit it ur self =)
