Im using tt 11.70.28 Files running with High Exp no Reborn. 11 lvlup points per lvl.
and i want to balance my pvp. and i dont know where to start to balance it . and its to hard
about balance i want . Not so hard to kill each other.

I think you can edit your SCF_Character.ini file to change the attack damage of each character
