How to change content of the disconnect dialog window?

Hi I want to change the content of the "disconnect to server" window, how can I do that?
Which file should I edit if I want to change the copyright line (I'm using a server share by someone, and they put a very weid line down there) at the bottom of the screen (the screen to choose server)

It should be in Text.bmd located in \Data\Local\ or in Text_eng.bmd located in \Data\Local\Eng\.
