How to change Item Lvl requirement

Hello. long time ago I saw some where how to change Item Req Lvl but I can't find that thread anywhere
can some1 explain or give me the link How to Change Item Lvl req o items
For example Titan Set (S6Ep1) Requires 400 lvl... how to change It to 0?

u need edit in item.bmd in client and item.txt in server to make it work fine, if only client, u dont see the red went point to item but u can't use it

can some1 please share a link or explain how to make those changes. Because if I change lvl requirement in Item.txt (server side) I cant see what item to edit in Item BMD because Magic Hand Editor shows a lot of weird symbols and dont know witch line to edit
