How to Custom jewels to Server side ?

Can anyone help ? How should I enable this in items(new).txt , if I wrote down 200 or 166 (Replaced last max item and also replaced it from Scf_customjewels.txt so it would match 166) ,tried alot of times , Im new at this stuff , would be cool if samone could give me headsup on what I modyfy and what type/index to use ( my SCF_customjewels.txt says they are 14type with index 200-208 , and I belive that the client side is all sorted out , only the server side is confusing for me , so anyone who knows a thing or to could help me if it's not a problem that is .

u probably just need another item(new).txt from other s6ep3 files thave have the custom jewels already in it, or else.. in client side jewel201.bmd = jewel 200 in server side, and u make sure its in item(new).txt with correct number, dont really know more but it shouldnt be that hard. @natzugen ? :)
