How to Edit your server

Hi, I succesfully made a private server season 4,
My problems is:

How can I move the NPC shops, Examble from noria I want the girl to be on Lorencia Bar.
How can I adjust the droprate of items, Zen and Experience?

tell what files did you use, but mostly to configured shops and npc can be found in Data>Shops and for monsters Data>Monsters and edit MonsterSetBase.txt
