How to enable skilltree for Summoner

Greetings!

uhm well, all characters when you finished doing 3rd quest for them you can access their Mastering Skill tree(by pressing keyboard character "A"):



BUT in my server i already finished doing the 3rd quest for a summoner and now shes is a dimension master but i cannot access her mastering skill tree. I dunno why

I used Season4 Server Repack by Oski 7.11.56 Ver - 4.9.8

Summoner doesn't have skill tree in Season 4, only in Season 5.
