I would like to know how to Encrypt a DLL file by IP And MAC Adress to unique PC, that if I would copy to other pc message will pop up and says for ex "you cannot use copy of that program in this computer".

Thats like licensing it right? not sure how ppl do that though, it need some research i guess.
