How to fix my MEM_STAT it SEEMS NOT WORKING?

HELLO i just want to ask how to fix my MEMB_STAT it seems not working.Ineed it to comply my onliine Hours trade to credits but as what i see its not working.Anyone can teach me How thaks in advance

Check if procedures WZ_DISCONNECT_MEMBER and WZ_CONNECT_MEMBER. If those procedures are missing there is a error log on Join Server.

I already Check it..i wonder why the MEMB_STAT is not working while the game is smoothly running...

This is the JOB of Join Server. Check it logs, and look for something like ODBC Error.
