How to fix Party Bug 97d+99i

Hello, my question is how can i fix the party bug in 97d+99i version.
The problem is when someone from the party switches or get disconnect the whole party brakes.. ;( Please help me because im searching the solution from 2 days but nothing i searched everywhere in ragezone but didn`t find anything that can help me so i count on you... Tnx :)

I changed 10 gs but still there is thig awfull party bug any ideas ?
