How to fix this moving thin in the server

Hi guys I've created a server succesfully, i ran into 2 little problems, i think its not that hard to fix if you know what to do, but i dont.

1. When i try to open ServerList with S@anex tool, i get this error.

2. the last problem, how to fix this Move (warp) when clicking M.

Wow your movereq.bmd looks totally f*cked lol, download Mumagic Hand and make sure that your movereq.bmd looks exactly like your movereq.txt from server side ;)
