This is not mu online question but to make paypal account go to http://paypal.com and just sign up nothing hard.

And if ur talking about connecting it to mucore 1.0.8 it wont work. Cause the paypal.php file is mess up if you don't know any coding skills you wont be able to fix it =)

No I need paypal to purchase vps from ovh.

Register account on http://paypal.com after that use credit card to transfer fund from your credit card goes to your paypal account.
Then you can purchase VPS on OVH now using paypal account.

I think you @ClarkMedina and @DragonSeth didn't really understand what's @CyvorgZhen asking.
