hello, how to determine if my server is under ddos attack?

website down (sometime)
server bug.. if the webpage going down i cant connect to the server. (stuck in loading) or freezing.

when im going to check the vps xamp and muserver is running fine.
the player online before the event dont have any issue except he (switch character/select server) he cant connect again.

It's better also to create a support ticket to your hosting and ask them if u got attacked since they got panel seeing for attacks etc.
