it depends on your editor well most of server owners uses MuMaker which allows you to have ANC+EXC or SOCKET+EXC (but it depends if its supported by your sever.)

try using PLDT but smart bro.. not recommended for hosting.

But evo1123.. There's no PLDT here in the Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.. It is only in the CDO City... T_T I hope there will be right here in the future because it is only available at Jasaan, Misamis Oriental.. said by others.. I will try to contact the PLDT if they are available..
